Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Made-to-order items: These items are specially crafted for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping.
Note: If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will be shipped together once everything is ready.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer a simple Flat Rate Shipping for all orders, regardless of the number of items or box size.
Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the European Union.
Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–10 business days depending on your location.
Tracking & Delivery
Every order is sent with a tracking number, which will be provided to you via email as soon as the package is on its way.
Customers are responsible for any local customs fees or taxes if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Ready-to-ship items: You can return these items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Made-to-order items: Please note that items specially crafted for you (custom orders) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through the Kaniva messaging system.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
